Hi! I'm Jessica Gagnon

I'm dedicated to providing care and attention tailored to your overall wellbeing. I view the body, mind, and spirit as interconnected, addressing them as a unified whole rather than isolated parts, where the wellbeing of one facet influences the others.

I help people transform their pain and bring into their awareness, the body’s innate healing abilities. I use my presence and sensitivity to connect with those I work with and strives to maintain a client centered approach to healing while using a range of modality to provides personalized therapy treatments catered to their treatment goals.

My formal training equipped me to treat a variety of orthopedic concerns, such as postural dysfunction, tension headache, migraine, repetitive strain injuries, patellofemoral pain syndrome, nerve impingement, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder and more.

After nearly a decade of developing my massage therapy techniques I could not deny that there is so much more to the healing process than the body alone. I then decided to expand my skill set to include Reiki—an energy healing modality. Reiki helps to correct the mental, emotional and spiritual imbalances that can often interfere with the healing process. Integrating energy work into my practice as affirmed my beliefs around the mind body connection.
